To ensure a peaceful and professional environment for all our clients, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below:

• No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless they are registered service animals, and they must remain well-behaved during your appointment.

• No Children or Plus Ones: For the comfort and safety of all clients, we do not allow children or additional guests during your appointment unless approved by management (you must give 24 hrs of notice for accommodations).

• No Cellphones: To ensure a calm and peaceful environment, we kindly request that you refrain from using your cellphone during your appointment. Please keep your phone on silent or turn it off to prevent any interruptions and help maintain a relaxing experience for everyone.

• Makeup-Free Face: Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face to ensure the best possible results for your lash or brow service. Makeup, oils, or skincare can interfere with the application and retention of your treatments.

• Eye Conditions: For the safety of our clients and staff, please do not attend your appointment if you have any eye infections, irritations, itchiness, or contagious eye conditions, such as pink eye or styes. If you are unsure whether your condition is safe for a lash or brow treatment, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before booking.

• Policy Agreement:
