We do not offer refunds for services or products, including if you are dissatisfied with the results. However, if you are unhappy with your eyelash or brow service, we will make every effort to correct it to your satisfaction within a reasonable time frame. Please reach out to us promptly if any issues arise. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're committed to providing quality services, but refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
