WORKSHOP & CLASSES

By enrolling in any eyelash extension, lash lift or brow training workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy
All payments made toward any lash or brow class, including deposits and full balances are non-refundable and non-transferable. Policies may vary by class, so please be sure to read all details carefully when booking. This applies to all situations, including schedule conflicts, personal emergencies, or change of plans. If you are unable to attend, your payment cannot be applied to a future class or transferred to another person.

2. Class-Specific Policies
Each workshop may have different guidelines and deadlines. It is your responsibility to read the policy attached to the specific class before registering. By booking, you confirm you have reviewed and agree to the class terms and requirements.

3. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction
Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with the class structure, content, instruction, or the belief that it did not meet personal expectations. These are hands-on, skill-based trainings where learning outcomes vary based on personal effort, engagement, and continued practice.

4. Final Payment Requirement
The complete class fee must be paid in full 15 days prior to the scheduled class. Failure to submit full payment on time may result in cancellation of your spot without refund of any amount already paid. 

5. Class Capacity & Cancellations by Organizer
Workshops require a minimum number of participants. If the class does not fill, or if unforeseen circumstances arise, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule. In such cases, you will be given the option of a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your payment to a future class. We are not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other costs incurred by students.

6. Liability Waiver
By participating in any lash or brow training, you release the instructor and affiliated business from liability related to injuries, allergic reactions, or damages occurring during or after training. You agree to follow all instructions and safety protocols provided in class.

7. Media Consent
You consent to being photographed or recorded during the training for marketing and educational purposes unless you notify the instructor in writing before the class.

8. Professional Conduct
We strive to provide a respectful, supportive learning environment. Any disruptive behavior, disrespect, or unprofessional conduct may result in removal from the class without refund.

By registering and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these class policies and waiver terms for both lash and brow workshops.
