Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the deposit cost.
No-Shows:
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit either 100% of the service cost or the deposit, depending on what has already been paid. Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future appointments to secure a booking.
Late Arrivals:
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and a cancellation fee (100% of the required deposit) will apply. This policy ensures we can provide adequate time and attention to all scheduled services.
Emergency Exceptions:
While we generally do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy, management may use discretion in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or severe weather. Exceptions to this policy will only be considered with management approval.
Booking Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit (amount varies by service) is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service unless the appointment is canceled without proper notice. Please note that deposits are non-transferable if the proper cancellation process is not followed.
Communication for Cancellations/Rescheduling:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us directly by phone call, text or email at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made via social media, or other unapproved methods will NOT be considered valid. When canceling or rescheduling, please provide your full name, phone number or email, the service you booked, and the reason for cancellation/rescheduling. This ensures we can accommodate other clients and maintain an organized schedule.
Holiday/Peak Time Policy:
During peak times, such as holidays or busy seasons, a longer notice period for cancellations or changes may be required. In these cases, cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance may result in a higher cancellation fee to account for the high demand.
